to improve effluent quality – Can be customized to fit small spaces
ELECTROCOAGULATION TECHNOLOGY
ELECTRO DESTABILIZER – By introducing low voltage electrical current, Electrochemical reaction occurs destabilizing suspended and colloidal solid extensively reducing organic, heavy metals and chemical pollutant in the water.
ELECTRO OXIDATION – Electro activated oxidant produced in the tank further reduces and oxidize the remaining contaminant in the waste water killing bacteria and removes foul odor.
SOLID SEPARATION – Heavy solid will be separated from the treated water and send to collection tank for filtration.

How Does EC Works & Advantages?
The working principle of electrocoagulation (EC) is the process of destabilizing suspended and emulsified contaminants in solution media using electric current.
LESS OPERATING COST | LOW FOOTPRINT | FASTER PROCESSING TIME-10-30Mins | LESS SLUDGE
EC Wastewater Treatment Process Diagram
Electrochemical Process (EC), also known as electrocoagulation is a technique used for water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial process water and hospital wastewater.
Electricity-based electrocoagulation technology is use to remove contaminants that are less efficient in filtering, microbiology or processing system with chemicals, such as oil emulsion, hydrocarbons from petroleum, suspended solids and heavy metals without the use of chemicals.
ECP- Reduces BOD, COD, TSS | Demulsifies oil in water | Removes Phospate & Nitrate | Destroys Bacteria.
O3 OXIDATION – Eliminates Odor | Reduces BOD, COD, Amonia, Coliform | Destroys Bacteria | Induces Dissolved Oxygen Level
